Non-Binding Preliminary Bid Form


This non-binding preliminary bid form shall be utilized to standardized bids among interested parties.  Seller will confirm receipt of each bid and after screening, will respond to potential Buyer with an acknowledgment of bid receipt.  In the event the bid exceeds the “Buy it Now” price, Seller will contact Buyer and discuss the process and timing of sending Buyer the Offer to Purchase and related documents based on the bid type submitted.
